About Dana Stoloff

Dana Stoloff made a career out of helping people navigate decisions. He wants everyone to have a positive experience when buying or selling a home, and his greatest goal is to help others move forward towards their next step in life. Dana prides himself in being accessible, and truly feels it is an honor to be called on for advice or help – no matter the concern.

A life re-evaluation led Dana to real estate from a career in luxury retail where he draws on thirty-six years of experience with such well-known names as Bergdorf Goodman and Barneys New York. His ability to be detail-oriented and organized comes from years of working with high net-worth individuals. He understands his client’s unique requirements and concerns, whether they are purchasing a property or preparing to sell their current home.

As a Realtor, Dana knows that how he does his job directly affects his client’s future. What makes working with him so special? His focus on offering superior personal service before, during, and after your transaction. Dana credits his mother and father for his success as an agent. “My parents were very hard-working people. They had an extremely strong work ethic and passed that along to me. It’s the only way I know how to be.”

The sale or purchase of a home can be intimidating. Buyers may need help with financing; sellers with getting their home ready to put on the market. According to Dana, “There are always obstacles to overcome. The difference is how one handles those issues or, better yet, avoids them altogether. My experience and the support I receive from my associates allows me to identify small issues before they become big ones.” In addition, by prioritizing communication, Dana gets deals done and ensures that everybody is in the loop throughout the transaction.

Your real estate professional wears many hats – trusted advisor, neighborhood expert, companion, and guide – from the first meeting all the way to the closing table. When you work with Dana Stoloff and The Stoloff-Carrillo Group, you will understand the difference between a transaction-oriented agent and one who is deeply relational, a true specialist who has mastered the skills needed for evaluating, marketing, and matching properties with their ideal buyers.

Whether you are ready to buy or sell right now or are simply beginning the process, there is no time like the present to connect with Dana Stoloff and The Stoloff-Carrillo Group.
